Introduction

  • Easily identify aspects that reveal the way and level of motivation of employees and will define appropriate measures to increase the involvement and motivation of team members.

Session 6: Team training
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Understands the importance of assigning tasks within the team, based on the type of tasks needed to achieve its objectives;
  • A plan to apportion tasks within the team.

Session 7: Conflict Management
By the end of this session, participants will:
