INTRODUCTION
A company's management is an area of complex, multidisciplinary and highly exposed to the risks, challenges and controversies. Strategic development of it relies on the skills of analysis and synthesis of economic and social phenomena, on the ability of understanding the mecansimelor market and the rapid and efficient settlement of the complex issues facing a company.
The present course gives support for structuring the process of strategic planning so you can more safely to define an appropriate strategy for the company in which you work and make sure of its implementation.

OBJECTIVES
The course aims to develop skills and expertise that helps in understanding the mechanisms of development and growth of a company. This program of development of managerial powers will help you to develop:

  • the critical thinking of the context in which the company operates;
  • Interagency networking skills with people and groups interested in the development of the company;
  • complex management skills to plan, implement and control the strategic development of the company.

METHODOLOGY

This program is based on collaborative activities in small groups and in plenary, as well as discussions and analyses in the plenary on the results of the team. The program also provides interactive exercises and case studies, each culminating in a session with the conclusions of the Group and individual skills development in that session. All these conclusions may form the basis of a plan for the development of individual skills which can be a very useful tool for managers to establish and verify the actions to be taken after completion of the program.

Session 1: BREAKING the ICE
The opening of the course. Presentation of the participants and trainers. Safety training. Expectations and fears. Presentation of the objectives of the course.
Session 2: NOTIONS ABOUT STRATEGY and STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS. ANALYSIS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT.
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understand what is the strategy and strategic planning process;
  • assess the context in which the company operates;
  • apply diagnostic tools to organization problems.

Session 3: MARKET ANALYSIS
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understands the importance of the definition of an organizational strategy in the context of unpredictable evolution of the market;
  • regarding market segmentation analysis and evaluation of the company's position in the market;
  • apply diagnostic tools to organization problems.

Session 4: analysis of INTEREST GROUPS.
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understand the importance of lobbyists and their needs through the performance of the company;
  • be able to provide an analysis of the internal interest groups and companys extrene;
  • will define the strategic objectives according to the previous anlizele.

Session 5: STRATEGIC and OPERATIONAL OPTIONS. STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • be able to choose the right strategy with organisational context analysis done;
  • can define the options for the implementation of the chosen strategy;
  • will define the strategic objectives in the light of previous tests carried out;
  • acquire skills of choice of appropriate strategic directions.

Session 6: OPERATIONAL PLANNING strategy implementation
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understand how the strategy is being implemented at the company level;
  • achieve an operational plan for implementation, including the allocation of resources and costs associated with the activities.

Session 7: RISK ANALYSIS
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understand the importance of risk analysis in the implementation of organizational strategy;
  • identify and analyze the risks associated with the implementation of the strategy;
  • be able to define the appropriate measures to counter the risks associated with the implementation of organizational strategy.

Session 8: GENERAL SUMMARY of the course EVALUATION and KNOWLEDGE GAINED
