Introduction
We often hear or read about projects, people working on a project or project.
Projects are realised in response to the need to develop an organization and respond to a need or problems occurring in the organization.
Having originated in the construction sector, project management expanded and was adopted as a universal panacea for all kinds of problems in the business world, social, infrastructure, etc.

The course of the girl aims to provide the necessary framework for defining and realizing a project, details of the "red wire" needed to obtain a successful project both from the point of view of the project team and from the client's point of view.
Objectives
The course aims to stabilleasca the necessary and sufficient steps to achieve a project and define the development and implementation stages of a project.
The objectives of the course are
• Identification of stages of a project;
• Understanding the importance of setting goals and strategy;
• Estimation and assurance of resources preferably for project realization;
• Estimation, quantification and control of project risks;
• Estimation and efficient management of the project budget.
Methodology
This program is based on collaborative activities in small groups and in plenary, and discussions in plenary on the results of the team. The program offers the theoretical presentation of the tools used in project management, as well as exercises and case studies, carried out on the basis of project proposals chosen by the students.
The competences to be developed within the course are:
• Ability to prioritize the key activities of projects;
• Risk identification skills and effective control of measures adopted to minimize them;
• Active communication skills with team members;
• Conflict-solving skills.

AGENDA
Session 1: Breaking the ice
Opening of the course. Presentation of participants and trainers. Job protection training. Expectations and fears. Presentation of the objectives of the course.
Session 2: Project Initiation
• Definition of projects and constraints.
• Definition of proeict management
• Life cycle of the project
• Practical Exercises: Group work

By the end of this session, the participants will:

  • Knows the main steps of conducting a project
  • He knows the main responsibilities of the project manager.

Session 3: Foundation of the project and elaboration of the project proposal.
• Setting the objectives of a project
• Practical Exercises: Group work

By the end of this session, the participants will:
• Understands the importance of setting project objectives – success factors of the project.

Session 4: Project planning: Composition of phase project structure, activity packs and project duration estimation
• Work brakedown structure (WBS), PRODUCT brakedown structures (PBS)
• Practical Exercises: Group work
• Proeictului Implementation Calendar – GANTT chart

By the end of this session, the participants will:

  • Understand the Inportanta of using WBS and PBS tools in project planning
  • Estimate the duration of project implementation.

Session 5: Project planning: Resource needs related to activities, estimation of costs related to activities
• Defining the resources required for each activity
• Estimation of costs related to each activity – cost Brakedown structure (CBS)
• Practical Exercises: Group work

  • Estimate the project budget.

Session 6: Communication in the project
• Project Communication matrix
• Practical Exercises: Group work

By the end of this session, the participants will:

  • Determine how the project team communicates during the project

Session 7: Project risks
• Main stages in risk management
• Practical Exercises: Group work

By the end of this session, the participants will:

  • Identify possible risks related to proeictului activities
  • Quantify and prioritise the risks of a project
  • Identify methods of approach to minimise the effects of risks on the project

Session 8: Execution – Implementation of the project – Monitoring and control
• Acquired Value method – tool used in monitoring Proeictului

Session 9: Resolve conflicts in project team

  • Apply methods of motivating the members of the project team.

Session 10: Recap
By the end of this session, participants will have the overall picture of the main tools used in project management
