To send something, a plan, a process, an endeavor, shows the ability of the issuer, his desire to make himself understood and to enlighten or to bring light into the auditor's thoughts. To be able to present a text or a speech quality, the issuer must be informed on the subject, to be empathetic, to convey emotion, to vibrate with the auditor.


Assimilating cunotinţe theoretical and practical examples for improving presentation skills so that learners should be able to prepare and deliver presentations, independently, in a participatory manner, in the light of the objectives organizational structure, expectations and challenges respectively. This presentation skills development will assist in:
 Building their own presentations depending on the objective to be attained and Auditorium
 the succession of ideas to facilitate understanding and to persuade;
 essential messages;
 develop a professional presentations;
 Nurturing their own powers of persuasion by means of verbal language, nonverbal and paraverbal;
 communication skills taking into account the types of behavior and reactions of the auditor.


This program is based on collaborative activities in small groups and in plenary sessions, and discussion in the plenary on the results of the team. The program also provides interactive exercises and case studies, each culminating in a session with the conclusions of the Group and individual skills development in that session. All these conclusions may form the basis of a plan for the development of individual skills which can be a very useful tool for managers to establish and verify the actions to be taken after completion of the program.
The course will be based on sessions of presentations and feedback on grant type 360 degrees.

This program is aimed at not only the newly established teams, and teams established for several years and who wish to improve their performance by increasing the role of the communication process and creating a framework of communication open and honest between all team members.

Session 1: BREAKING the ICE

The opening of the course. Presentation of the participants and trainers. Safety training. Expectations and fears. Presentation of the objectives of the course.

By the end of this session, participants will:
 understand the importance of active listening techniques and properties;
 learning to eliminate personal listening barriers: personal prejudices, assumptions, positions and interests

By the end of this session, participants will be able to identify:
 A passive behavior, aggressive and assertive
 strengths and weaknesses
 Influence of barriers in communication
Session 4: making the PRESENTATION

By the end of this session, participants will:
 improve communication through detailed analysis and making a presentation.
 Teach how to use nonverbal language, emotion control, use your voice.

 goal setting presentation-working on case studies.

Session 6: (I) SUPPORT

By the end of this session, participants will:
 Learn to adapt to the dynamics of the Group
 Teach how to make face difficult participants
 Develop techniques of interactivity-how you can read non-verbal messages
 Learn the art of having reactions to questions
 learning to adapt to specific situations-"What do I do if ...?

Session 7: SUPPORTING presentation (II)

By the end of this session, participants will:
 identify factors that act upon an effective presentations
 analysis of the factors above may be used in order to achieve the objective
