INTRODUCTION

This course offers you the opportunity to learn how to integrate in the activities of daily living a few simple principles and practical offering you the chance to start practicing this in exercise with immediate impact on attitudes and your abilities.

OBJECTIVES

This development program competencies will help you to:
 Evaluate its own effectiveness and identify means by which you can assess at any time the personal effectiveness;
 Manage working time more effectively in relation to objectives;
 Will develop the ability to think in terms of productivity (personal and professional).
 Identify personal style of behavior and learn how you can adapt behavioural styles of colleagues and managers

METHODOLOGY

This program is based on individual identification activities of their own styles in the event of a conflict and then more collaborative activities in small groups followed by plenary discussions on the results of the team. The program also provides interactive exercises and case studies, each culminating in a session with the conclusions of the Group and individual skills development in that session. All these conclusions may form the basis of a plan for the development of individual skills which can be a very useful tool for managers to establish and verify the actions to be taken after completion of the program.

Persons interested in increasing efficiency, a more balanced allocation of tasks, clarifying tasks and reduce stress from daily activities. Equally, people who feel that they can and will have a greater contribution to the performance of the Organization in which they perform.

Session 2 the MATRIX "telling VERSUS"

By the end of this session, participants will:
 to identify areas in which realistically in personal performance is not up to the required level
 to understand how much time they have available on a daily basis and what are the "monkeys" others worn with pride of her himself;
 to identify what are the really important activities in which it is involved and what are the benefits of an overall image of the role or organisation and competences and skills necessary for their fulfilment.

Session 3: PERSONAL ORGANIZATION

By the end of this session, participants will:
 Understand the importance to maintain the record of own tasks
 Establish what do I do now, why not do it now, the calendar of opportunities
 to define and develop an effective maintenance of files

Session 4: PERSONAL ORGANIZATION

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
 Teach and practice resource allocation based on importance of current tasks
 Intelega time management principles and to develop their own system of effective time management
 to discover a series of tools for organizing personal Essentials (email, calendar, to do list)
Session 5: to HEAR DOES NOT MEAN to HIDE

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

 understand what is obedience and what are the skills required
 What are the steps of the active listening

Session 6: SMART and PDCA

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
 define their own SMART goals and easily recognize communication problems and the decrease in performance that can be generated by generic formulations su incomplete;
 to understand the significance and the way in which they can monitor their own objectives and action plans for achieving them

Session 7: three WAYS of INCURAJRE motivation

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
 Understand that their own motivators are factors both internal and external
 Identify his skills of persuasion and negotiation with a view to sustaining the motivation
 to make a development plan that can negotiate directly with the Manager
