INTRODUCTION

Emotional intelligence is more closely related to achieving success than usual intelligence quotient IQ. OBJECTIVES

You will learn to live through the vision and purpose that you've chosen instead to react to circumstances, and those stories. This course has as its objectives:

• understanding and identify their own emotions and paradigms through which live their lives;
• awareness of life's decisions and taking responsibility for personal experiences;
• understanding of perspective and the emotions of those around them;
• improvement of communication empathic;
• stress management and supervision in the difficult moments of life.

• Ability to realise and understand their own emotions;
• The ability to seize and understand the emotions of others;
• The ability to express their own emotions in a constructive manner;
• Ability to manage the emotional States of stress generated.

METHODOLOGY

This course is based on collaborative activities in small groups and in plenary sessions, and plenary discussions on the development of your own emotional intelligences. The program provides interactive exercises and case studies, each culminating in a session with the conclusions of the Group and individual skills development in that session.

TO WHOM IT IS ADDRESSED

This course is aimed at people who want to better understand and to better manage their own emotions in order to auto-exceedance and to facilitate obtaining success in both work and personal. Also, the course is addressed to persons who want to get to know you better and your colleagues or subordinates and employees to interact better with them. Last but not least, the course is intended for those who wish to better cope with stressful situations at work or in his personal life.

AGENDA

Session 1: INTRODUCTION and BREAKING the ICE

The opening of the course. Presentation of the participants and trainers. Safety training. Expectations and fears. Presentation of the objectives of the course.
Session 2: MODEL INTEGRITY

By the end of this session, participants will:
• Learn the process of emotional intelligence;
• be able to describe the four paradigms through which people and beliefs that underlie each;
• analysis in which of the four types of paradigms present in the moment.
Session 3: CONTROL KEY TIMINGS

By the end of this session, participants will:
• Learn how to respond to difficult or challenging moments (moments) of professional/personal life
• explore and understand patterns that respond to key moments
• analysis of the consequences of their own behavior
• understand the method of choice for positive behaviors and feelings during key moments
be able to identify and act upon biases arising from their own interpretations.
Session 4: ACCEPT REALITY

By the end of this session, participants will:
• Learn to understand the nature of reality and the importance of aligning one's own life to reality;
• Learn to accept more "difficult" realities of life;
• be able to explore and to "dispose" of resentment, grievances and throwing guilt on the shoulders of another;
• decide how to live "here and now".

Session 5: RUN-RESPONSIBILITY

By the end of this session, participants will:
• Learn the meaning and nature of personal responsibility;
• understand how to avoid responsibility for his own person;
• assess the willingness to accept personal responsibility;
• become aware of the options that are available in life;
• become "owners" of the results from his own life;
understand the power and freedom that come with accepting responsibility.
Session 7: DEFINE your PURPOSE

By the end of this session, participants will:
• understand the difference between the three types of vision;
• editing own statement of purpose;
• clarify the guiding principles;
• use the visualization technique for translating into practice the vision.

Session 8: TAKE ACTION with INTEGRITY

By the end of this session, participants will:
• understand the meaning of personal integrity;
• be aware when acting with integrity;
• be familiar with the symptoms and consequences of treason;
• Learn to accept that what "matter most" to rule over them "what matters most";
• Learn to change his behavior so as to be in line with what is most important to them.

Session 9: HOW to DEFEND OUR STRESS

By the end of this session, participants will:
• identify the sources of stress and stress propagation stages;
