INTRODUCTION
How măsuram how the company is performing the activity, or departments, or to our employees? How do we know if we've reached the proposed targets, where we have to improve and where we can move forward to develop the company? Planning performance from the general level of the company up to that of each employee is a complicated job, but absolutely necessary for a successful strategic planning of any company.
The present course gives a few of the little secrets of how we define, analyze and evaluate a company's performance, so that we can have greater certainty regarding how it operates and develops.
OBJECTIVES
The course aims to develop the skills and competencies needed for effective planning of organizational performance. This program of development of the powers of teamwork will help you:

  • understand the importance of setting objectives and measurable and demonstrable performance;
  • define the correct performance indicators at the level of the Organization, Department and individually for each employee;
  • improving relationships within the team and advance your cooperation within them.

METHODOLOGY
This program is based on collaborative activities in small groups, and plenary discussions and analysis of the results of the team. The program also provides interactive exercises and case studies, each culminating in a session with the conclusions of the Group and individual skills development in that session. All these conclusions may form the basis of a plan for the development of individual skills which can be a very useful tool for managers to establish and verify the actions to be taken after completion of the program.

Session 1: breaking the ice

Session 2: balanced score Card performance targets
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understand what constitutes balanced score sheet at company level and the departments to which they belong;
  • analyze and interpret the performance of departments of the Organization to which they belong and how do they influence each other.

Session 3: organizational performance objectives
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understand the link between organizational strategy and performance targets to measure the performance of them;
  • definition of objectives and indicators of organizational performance measurement and the operational level.

Session 4: departmental performance objectives
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understand the link between organizational strategy and departmental performance objectives and measure performance of it;
  • definition of objectives and performance indicators for the company's deparatamentală correlation with organizational objectives.

Session 5: individual performance objectives
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understand the link between organizational objectives, departmental and individual company level;
  • define performance objectives of the main stations of the company through the specification of indicators for the quantitative measurement of those goals.
  • define the objectives of individual company employees ' performance by measuring indicators extracted via quantitative objectives.
  • define the objectives of individual company employees ' performance by measuring indicators extracted via qualitative objectives.
