INTRODUCTION

It is not at all fanciful claim that without creativity, very few of the firms that exist today will be over several years. The key is "change", while innovation is the essential requirement for us not sink when comes another wave of changes. Without creativity, always to the same processes we use răsuflate. It is not enough to let us in and we have a comfortable armchair to say: "if one thing's not screwed up, you don't have to walk to him". The issues are changing under our eyes and concurenșa up. Creativity is not a fad, but a factor of survival.

OBJECTIVES

This course has as its objectives:

• Identifying and implementing new ways of acting and to create value;
• The development of the initiative and courage to do things differently;
• Using the scheduling process for turning innovative ideas into action, taking into account the market, competitors and customers;
• Creating a safe environment for sharing and communicating innovative ideas;
• Changing the angle of perception and other revealing new aspects.

WHAT COMPETENCIES WILL BE DEVELOPED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE COURSE

• Ability to identify possible alternatives before making a decision;
• Ability to remove items blocking both your own creativity, as well as others around you;
• Ability to select and capitalize on valuable ideas;
• Risk assessment Skills in implementing an idea.

METHODOLOGY

This course is based on collaborative activities in small groups and in plenary sessions, and plenary discussions on the development of your own emotional intelligences. The program provides interactive exercises and case studies, each culminating in a session with the conclusions of the Group and individual skills development in that session. Mechanics course is "game-ificare" (the game), the participants, both individually-especially-in the team are listed through various case studies, debates, exercises and obtain scores at both the individual and the team.

TO WHOM IT IS ADDRESSED

This course is aimed at people who want to better understand and to better manage their own emotions in order to auto-exceedance and to facilitate obtaining success in both work and personal. Also, the course is addressed to persons who want to get to know you better and your colleagues or subordinates and employees to interact better with them. Last but not least, the course is intended for those who wish to better cope with stressful situations at work or in his personal life.

AGENDA
Session 1: INTRODUCTION and BREAKING the ICE

The opening of the course. Presentation of the participants and trainers. Safety training. Expectations and fears. Presentation of the objectives of the course.

Session 2: what YOU WANT to DO? or CLARIFY the PROBLEM

By the end of this session, participants will:
• explore techniques that will help them to have a clearer picture of the problem to be surveyed;
• avoid to address secondary causes or effects.

Session 3: POSITIVE THINKING TECHNIQUES for PROGRESSIVE CHANGES

By the end of this session, participants will:
• explore the connection between mood and creativity;
• learn that gradual modification techniques that can lead to a gradual increase.

Session 4: DISTORTION PROBLEM

By the end of this session, participants will:
• learn that we make assumptions about a problem can be obstacles in the way of solutions;
• practice techniques of creativity that changes the nature of the problem or distorsioenază to allow for finding innovative solutions.

Session 5: looking in ANOTHER direction or what is BEYOND the FAÇADE?

By the end of this session, participants will:
• înțelge that some problems can be solved without a direct analysis of the flows, but beyond the obvious aspects thereof;
• explore creativity techniques based on the approach of a Directorate/different features by the classical.
Session 6: BRAINSTORMING

By the end of this session, participants will:
• understand the rules of a brainstorming session;
• clarify what are the five most common mistakes that can appear in a brainstorming session;
• experience a brainstorming session on a topic of your choice.
Session 7: what is the BEST IDEA?-SELECTION TECHNIQUES

By the end of this session, participants will:
• understand that the use of appropriate techniques for the selection of ideas is as important as finding them;
• practise several techniques for the selection of ideas.

Session 8: TECHNIQUES for PROCESSING/FINISHING ideas

By the end of this session, participants will:
• understands that any new idea can be destroyed if it is not supported;
• experience processing techniques to new ideas that help to bring them into the best shape before being put into practice.
Session 9: HOW to SUCCEED-TECHNIQUES for SPEEDING UP the IMPLEMENTATION of ideas

By the end of this session, participants will:
• learn that it takes time and effort to implement a new idea;
• acknowledged that implementing the new ideas is as important as its generation;
• experiment with techniques for speeding up the implementation of new ideas.
