INTRODUCTION
Organizations may have a competitive advantage if the teams have their high performances. To build a team is an easy thing, but the challenge is to act upon it in order to get important performance in its functioning.

Of course the girl aims to provide an appropriate framework and team officials consider the responsibilities of team members and the actions that a manager can do for the team to be competitive and to reach the maximum capacity.
OBJECTIVES
The course will review and will present methods of approach to strengthening effective teams. Course objectives are:
• Understanding how to interact in the teams and the characteristics of effective teams;
• Types of management and their effect on the motivation of employees;
• Delegating Versus Micromanagement;
• Performance monitoring and Feedback;
• Building a team: maximizing strengths and developing members.
METHODOLOGY
This program is based on collaborative activities in small groups and in plenary sessions, and discussion in plenary on the results of the team. The program provides intormatii about the types of teams that can be formed within an organization, as well as exercises and case studies, carried out on the basis of project proposals selected students.
Competences to be developed in the framework of the course are:
• Effective communication skills within the team;
• The ability to delegate and to monitor the evolution of reaching objectives;
• Ability to provide performance feedback.

This program is aimed at people who run different teams within an organization, but also the members of these teams.

AGENDA
Session 1: BREAKING the ICE
The opening of the course. Presentation of the participants and trainers. Safety training. Expectations and fears. Presentation of the objectives of the course.
Session 2: Defining the team
• What is a team?
• The difference between team and group
• Presentation of the objectives of a team
• Practical exercises: goal setting teams from which students belong

At the end of this session, participants will:
be able to list the main objectives of the various compartments within an organization.
Session 3: types of teams in an organization and management
• Types of teams in an organization: the functional team, matriciala team, project team, relations between various members of the teams
• Practical exercises: Working groups-the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of teams

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • know the types of teams that can exist in an organization.

Session 4: psychological and functional Roles for a team.
• Presentation of the types of roles within a team
• Case study: each student Test-Belbin accomplishes its own test and interpret results in accordance with his responsibilities within the Organization in which it participates

Session 5: the stages of evolution of a team
• Presentation of the stages of evolution of a team

• The process of delegation
• Stages in delegation
• Micromanagement-elements
• Common elements and specific coordination and micromanagementului
