INTRODUCTION

OBJECTIVES

The program also provides interactive exercises and case studies, each culminating in a session with the conclusions of the Group and individual skills development in that session. All these conclusions may form the basis of a plan for the development of individual skills which can be a very useful tool for managers to establish and verify the actions to be taken after completion of the program.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • means that are fair and effective processes by which employees entering the Organization and/or in work teams;
  • knowing the essential aspects of the process of recruitment and selection of employees.

Session 3: SOCIO-professional INTEGRATION of the employee NEWCOMER
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understands the importance of the process of socio-professional integration of employees;
  • define a plan for socio-professional to take part the employees of newcomers and those seconded to other activities or departments of the company.

Session 4: TEAM BUILDING
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understand the importance of the distribution of tasks within the departmental or project teams based on the type of tasks necessary to achieve the objectives of the performance;
  • achieve a plan of distribution of tasks within the team.

Session 5: BUILDING a MOTIVATIONAL CLIMATE
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understands the importance of building an organizational climate in which employees feel motivated and involved;
  • easily identify aspects which reveal the kind and level of motivation of employees and will define appropriate measures to increase the involvement and motivation of employees.

Session 6: MANAGEMETNUL EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understands the importance of the process of setting and effective monitoring of employee performance;
  • define the objectives of quantitative and qualitative performance of employees.

Session 7: LEAVING the ORGANIZATION
By the end of this session, participants will:

  • understands the importance of the process out of the employee organization;
  • understands the importance of the interview out of the Organization (exit interview);
  • make an outline of the process out of the company of an employee.
