Methodology
The course is developed using participatory methodologies and has, at its core, collaborative activities in small groups and in plenary, as well as discussions in plenary on the design and delivery of training/development programmes.
The programme also provides interactive exercises and case studies, each session ending with group and individual conclusions for the development of the skills practised in that session.
The exercises will be chosen in such a way as to respond to the proposed objectives, alternating exercises with varying degrees of complexity and integrative exercises, all exercises being oriented towards team consolidation and covering both the necessary Communication and reflection at the level of each participant.

Session 1: Introduction and Breaking Ice

Session 2: Innate behaviors VS. Learning Behaviors

By the end of this session, participants will:
• Discover the dominant traits of aggressive, passive and assertive behaviors;
• Realize minimum five benefits of the use of assertive behavior in communication;
• recognizes each behavior.

Session 3: Assertive human rights and responsibilities

By the end of this session, participants will:
• Knows the rights and responsibilities in the interpersonal communication of the assertive man;

Session 4: Attitudes in interpersonal communication

Session 5: ACTIVE LISTENING, and "four EARS MODEL (SCHULTZ VON THUN)

• Discover at least one definition of active listening;
• "four ears Model" in communication;
• identify at least five rules for a good active listening;
• practice active listening on the triads using a script.
Session 6: FEEDBACK. TECHNIQUES FOR THE GRANTING AND RECEIVING OF BEHAVIORS ON THE FEEDBACK

By the end of this session, participants will:
• identify the three types of feedback and knowing the advantages and disadvantages of using each type of feedback;
• useful behaviors analysis upon receipt of feedback;
• be able to formulate a descriptive feedback type on a given behavior.

Session 7: managing DIFFICULT BEHAVIORS that MANIFEST YOUR INTERLOCUTORS

By the end of this session, participants will:
• identify the main difficult situations which may occur in the process of communication and the method of solving them;
• identify at least five types of participants manifested in interpersonal communication behaviours and how to approach;
discuss at least five ways of managing difficult behaviors that manifest the interlocutors.

Session 8: CONFLICT. CAUSES, EFFECTS AND MEANS OF CONFLICT SETTLEMENT

By the end of this session, participants will:
• the most significant known patterns of conflict;
• Discover the mechanisms of production of the conflict;
• recognizes its own style of conflict as the major factor in the development of asertivității;
• identify the most frequent causes of conflict;
